Carlee began her journey in aesthetics in 2021 as a licensed aesthetician in Dubuque, Iowa. With a passion for advancing her expertise, she went on to earn her laser license in 2023, expanding her skills in corrective and rejuvenating treatments. In 2025, she returned home to the Des Moines area and joined the Benway Beauty team, bringing with her a deep knowledge of skincare and laser therapies.

Carlee is committed to growth and continuous learning in the ever-evolving field of aesthetics. She loves taking time to connect with patients, understand their unique goals, and create personalized treatment plans to help them feel radiant and confident. Her favorite treatments include BBL + Moxi for transformative skin renewal and dermaplaning for that fresh, smooth glow.

When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll often find Carlee outdoors, at the gym, or out walking her dogs. Her approachable nature and genuine passion for aesthetics make her an invaluable part of the Benway Beauty team.
